Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We keep them to a minimum. Essential cookies are always on because Finovo can't work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Essential

• finovo_session: keeps you logged in. Lasts up to 30 days.
• finovo_locale: remembers your language. Lasts 1 year.
• finovo_consent: remembers your cookie choices. Lasts 6 months.
• finovo_ref: remembers the invite code in a link you opened, so the discount you clicked for is applied. Lasts 30 days.
• finovo_theme: remembers the colour theme you chose, so pages load in it straight away. Lasts 1 year.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: may set a cookie on sign-up and login forms to tell people from bots.

Analytics (only with consent)

• finovo_visitor: a random ID that lets us count visits and see which pages help people. Lasts 30 days.

Marketing (only with consent)

• finovo_utm: remembers which campaign link you first arrived from, so we know which campaigns work. Lasts 30 days.

Other storage on your device

• Chart drawings you add in the practice account, and whether you've dismissed the Home Screen guide for this visit, are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

Payment pages

When you start a trial or subscription you may be taken to Stripe's secure checkout, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy and cookie policies.

Controlling cookies

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will stop you logging in.
