Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Finovo ("Finovo", "we", "us") is a trading education service operated by Finovo Sole proprietor (not a registered company), registered in Czech Republic under number Not applicable – not yet registered as a company, with its registered office at Vinohrady, Prague 2, Czech Republic. You can reach us at hello@finovo.club.

These terms apply when you create an account or use Finovo. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Who can use Finovo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may only have one account, and it is for your personal use.

3. What Finovo is, and what it is not

Finovo teaches how financial markets work through lessons, quizzes, a practice account that uses simulated money and prices, drills and community features.

• Finovo is education only. Nothing in Finovo is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
• Finovo is not a broker or investment firm. We don't hold your money, place real trades or give personal recommendations.
• The practice account is simulated. Its prices and results are not real and don't reflect real trading costs, liquidity or emotions. Doing well in practice doesn't mean you would make money with real funds.

4. Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Your username, avatar and bio must follow the Community Guidelines, and we may change or remove them if they don't.

5. Free trial and subscription

Free trial. New customers can try Finovo free for 3 days. There is one free trial per person. When you start the trial we may ask for a payment method.

When the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and we charge the monthly price shown to you when you started the trial (for example €24.99 a month in euro, or the equivalent price shown in your local currency). We email you a reminder about a day before the trial ends.

Billing. Subscriptions renew every month on the same day until you cancel. Prices include VAT where it applies. If a payment fails we'll try again for a short period and let you know; if it still fails, access ends.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Account, Billing. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after a payment, your access continues until the end of the month you've paid for and the subscription won't renew. Refunds are covered in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which also explains your legal right to withdraw if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK.

Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

6. Invite codes and rewards

Each account gets a personal invite code.

• A code can be used by up to 5 new customers. It can't be used on your own account.
• A friend who uses your code gets 50% off their first paid month.
• For each friend who creates an account and starts their free trial with your code, you earn 20% off one of your monthly payments.
• Rewards don't stack. We apply one reward to each monthly payment, in order. If 5 friends join, you get 20% off each of your next 5 monthly payments, not a bigger discount on one payment.
• Rewards apply to your next payments while your subscription is active. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and end if your account is deleted.
• We may cancel rewards gained through fake or duplicate accounts, self-referral or other abuse.

7. Content and intellectual property

Finovo, including its lessons, questions, charts, software, design and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or publish our content without written permission.

You keep ownership of what you write in Finovo. The notes you add to your practice trades are private. By adding a username, avatar, bio or suggestion, you allow us to display it in Finovo as described in the app and our Privacy Policy, and to use suggestions to improve Finovo without payment to you.

8. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, harass other people, share other people's personal information, promote financial products or "signals", run scams, try to get around security or subscription checks, create fake accounts, or overload our systems.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Finovo available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We may update, add or remove features and content. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you pay for, we'll tell you and you may cancel.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Because Finovo is education and never places trades for you, we are not responsible for decisions you make with real money or for any losses from trading or investing. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account, Privacy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused part of a period you've paid for.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes in advance, by email or in the app. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at support@finovo.club so we can try to fix the problem.
